We’re careful with antibiotics because your child’s long-term health matters. We work hard to not overuse antibiotics. Not every earache or runny nose needs medicine, and we’ll always explain why.
We follow trusted guidelines and only prescribe antibiotics when they’re truly needed—never over the phone, because we believe good care starts with seeing your child in person.
We understand that some parents have anxiety with childhood vaccines and we are willing to respectfully discuss this with you.
We strongly recommend to follow the schedule outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics .
We work hard to provide comprehensive medical care and serve as your medical home. This means, we request that you contact our office FIRST before seeking specialty care, or heading to Urgent care. We want to be involved in either providing care in our office where appropriate, or referring you to the most appropriate specialist and helping to coordinate your care.
If your child does see a specialist, we kindly ask that you request their notes be sent to our office directly so we can stay up-to-date and continue providing the best care possible.
Our practice prides itself on efficiency through use of technology. We encourage you to:
Consult our website.
Register for and use our patient portal.
Use automated reminders for appointments and for routine care/immunizations that are due.
We utilize a HIPAA compliant, secure, texting platform to allow for quicker communication with our office -- during office hours and after hours.
We have a physician on call 24/7/365. When our office is closed overnight and you have an urgent issue that cannot wait until morning, you can call our regular office number and your call will be forwarded to the on call provider.
We do ask that you allow us some time to return your call, as we do not return calls while driving or during regular office hours.
Outstanding balances, insurance co-pays and co-insurance, are expected to be paid at the time of service.

We respect your valuable time. To help provide timely service, we schedule all patient visits. We will remind you of your upcoming appointment via phone/text message. We make every effort to run on time.
